Been out of Jeeps for 20 years. Last one was a 76 CJ7 that needed some minor body work done. Before I knew it I had pulled the tub, and ended up neck deep in a full custom, swapping out almost every major component (360, NP435, D60, D70, full cage, 42" TSL, blah, blah, blah). It lasted 3+ years and cost a fortune and actually took the fun out of what was supposed to be a fun weekend driver and toy. I swore I would never go down that path again. Hopefully I have matured a bit in 20 years and I can just tinker a little and actually keep it reasonable and enjoyable. Found a 80 CJ7 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l , T-176 all pretty much stock with minor floor rust for a decent price. Now looking to clean it up, fix a few cosmetic issues and drive it. Who are the go to suppliers for CJ factory parts these days? Back when it was 4WD PARTS but there website pretty much seems now to focus on aftermarket stuff for JKs
