What one should I Buy? Help?

I am looking at buying a CJ7 but I am not very experienced with them not having owned one before. I have owned older vehicles 77 & 78 Transmission ams but no jeeps. I am mainly looking for a reliable around the town cruiser, not offroading. I don't know the pro's and con's of jeep 4 vs inline 6. Also, it is hard to locate one in good shape in WI so all of them I am looking at are on Ebay in warm states. I am currently considering the following three on Ebay all which end soon.

1984 Restored Jeep CJ7 Nicest Around Low Miles

Completely restored 1984 Jeep CJ7 with 57,000 original miles on the vehicle and 8,000 miles on the new Jasper Jeep AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l engine with power cam, Oppenheimer Intake w/ Intercooler and Holly 4brl carb. This Jeep has had almost ALL parts replaced new and within the last 8,000 miles. I like #3. A Curry 9" is worth more then the Jeep itself
