Go to the last couple of pics' here. 1,2,4,5,3. Take note of which way part #4 is
oriented. Or the first couple of pics as it comes apart. And unless it is hidden on the steering wheel and can't see it, you are missing a large plastic ring that screws on the steering wheel.

Thats a really nice write up I love the pictures
 
Just FYI if memory serves, the #4 plate is not flat. It has to be on a particular side, so when you press down on the horn, the plate makes a electrical contact. If you flip it the wrong way up, it won't work. To be honest, it took me a couple tries to get my horn back together again. Sometimes trial and error helps. Good Luck!
