Looked for a gasket for a 76 CJ5 for my valve cover and can't find one so r u guys using rtv ?? If so what brand ??

You need a gasket. They're out there, where are you looking that you cant find one?
On a side note, I always use RTV in conjunction with the gasket...usually the orange high-temp Permatex.

I use the permatex orange hi-temp on most of my work as well (not on hi-temp stuff for the most part), what motor do you have that you cant find gaskets for ?
