Looks like the 4X4 indicator light.... plugs in on top of the Transfer Case shifter housing directly above one of your shifter rods there will be a small sending unit with a short stud coming out of the top, plug it on there when you shift into 4x4 a light in the speedo is supposed to come on to tell you that your in 4 wheel drive

any one have a pic of the sending unit i cant find it. Should I be looking under the 4x4 stick or the Transmission stick

backup light switch.
What Transmission do you have? It should go on the top of the Transmission .

Yes, if it's the T-4 or T-5 it looks like the backup light switch plug. It should be on the drivers side of the tranny. 2 prongs.
