Thinking about installing 1.5 inch Thick Wheel Spacers on my jeep to give it a wider looking stance. Has anyone here used them?

I run a set of Spider Trax wheel spacers. I have the narrow track axles and use the spacers to give a little bit wider stance. They work fine. You just have to regularly check the lug nuts on the spacers to make sure that they are tight.

Same here. 1.5" no issues in about 6 mo.

Helped me eliminate some shock rub when pushed up and in. Also looks great and has a little better stability.

Spacers add some additional stress to the wheel bearings too, especially with larger tires. I’m not saying not to use them but it is something to keep an eye on.

Are there any 8" wheels that have 2"-2.5" back spacing? If so, I wouldn't look to buy any spacers.
