There was a guy on amazon in Colorado I've had luck with a few times now. They're reman units, or aftermarket most of the time. But they bolt on and run no issues. Little tuning from there.
Figure out CFM needs and match as close as you can. Also jet sizes may need some tweaking. Choke style, and some models have elevation adjustments (2150 I believe?).
Elwood Blues had some good write ups on here for 2100's / carbs.
If you go junk yard - eye the normal vac leak areas. if the throttle plate shaft has too much slop / play, find another or plan on sleeving it.
