Wiper and heater control trim

I'm looking to fix up the dash and looking to order new trim pieces for the wiper and heater control knobs. Also never worked on a dash board before so if anyone has any instruction links on how to changed them out? Thanks for the help.

Here is a sketch of the knobs/cables of the heater:



For the lower three you have to change the cables as well, those are one unit with the knob.
