New hardtops and doors will cost more than the jeep is worth.
Look in the for sale ads both here and other sites, craig list is also good.
You should be able to find both doors and top for under a grand somethimes under 500.

I've got an ACME hardtop and doors for a CJ7 , I also have a factory CJ7 nutmeg colored hardtop, and a set of steel doors... all in the classified section of this site all with pics.
