Thought I'd start a my stuck was worse then your worse stuck thread...
We all have em, have been part of them or seen them.
I'll start with one that wasn't bad on the surface. While running around in Central Fl on some well known trails that were pretty popular I got so stuck that it took three trucks with double lined 8,000 lb winches to pull me out. All of them ended up having to anchor their frames to tees because when they pulled unanchored - it drug them there big old Fords and Chevy's right through the dirt.
How in the heck does a CJ5 get that struck you ask? Well, we were mighty confused until my CJ emerged from the mud and let us all in on it's deep stuck secret.
Come to find out while bouncing around in the mud hole, I had some how found a 4" or so in diameter stump of a tree and it had bent my skid plate back, lodged it self in between the Transmission bracket and the frame. I wasn't stuck! I was impaled. But since I was in mud and water up to the doors we all thought it was just a simple stuck... LOL
Once the CJ emerged and we able to inspect the damage it became apparent what had happened. We were able to sledge hammer the mount back enough so I could drive home and the day was done.
That is how a little CJ can weigh over 48,000 pounds!
Let's hear one of your stuck stories!
