Hi everyone,
I have looked on and off for the last 10 years, trying to find the other 14 1976 CJs that were painted in 1977 7P Lime Green, finding only two others, so I'm throwing it out here....does anyone on the forum own a 1976 CJ that was painted in 7P Lime Green? I would love to get a mini registry documented, because the only 1977 AMC vehicles that were painted in 7P were the Gremlin and the Hornet/AMX. The one CJ5 I found was on Craigslist in Montana several years ago and the other CJ I found by way of the original owner's daughter who found me. I got in touch with her father and found out that he had sold his and it was rotting away in a field in upstate NY. He bought a '77 and restored it to look like his '76.
Sadly, I'm afraid that the others are probably all gone, otherwise I would think that I would have found something by now.
