Brakes 1982 CJ7 Brake Booster

I have a 1982 CJ7 . I'm trying to remove the brake booster from the pivot arm and having issues with a stuck/rusted collar pin...any suggestions on removing the collar pin? Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can say that will help is a liberal blasting is PBT or WD40. I would go with PBT.

Appreciate the recommendations but oddly enough I’ve tried both of these.

Ouch. I have never had the problem you're encountering. The next thing I can sugest is a bunch of heat from a torch.

There's a quick spray which won't do much, and there's soaking it in PB Blaster for a couple days.
