I only get about 11-13 Hg at idel due to the cam and currently have manual brakes. Originally I was going to go hydroboost but after reading more into it it was more complex and expensive than I wanted to do to power steering, hydroboost, and a hydraulic winch. So instead I picked up a Pirate Jack conversion kit and an electric vacuum pump. I have all worked out and ready to go except for the brake lines. It seems that the easiest option is going to be to buy a flare tool and make my own lines. But have no idea what size fittings are on the proportional valve or on the Master cylinder. Has any done this that can tell me the approximate length of line and what 4 fitting sizes I need? I hate buying $100+ in tools and parts to make 2 $10 lines but I dont see any other options.
