2 questions about my d44

Changed the oil in my diff. First picture is what came out. Doesn't look like water contaminated. What is this ugly silver/gray fluid?
2nd qrustion - can anyone identify what I think is a Limited slip in there? Hopefully the pictures show up.

Nevermind. Figured it out. Auburn LSD with additive. Guess I'll add additive tomorrow.
