304 to sbc 350 swap

I am new to the Jeep world so I was hoping for some info! I know this is a widely spread topic full of opinions, but i was hoping to make a list of what i need to make this work. I currently have a 78 CJ7 with a AMC 304 that needs rebuilt. My plan is to pull this out and throw a sweet sbc350 that a buddy had in his Jeep before he decided he wanted more power and went with a 383. My question is what do i need to have to make this setup work? It already has a 700r4 slapped to the AMC 304 and a QuadraTrac I believe. I know the 350 will bolt right to the 700r4, but i need to know if i need new motor mounts, radiator, etc... The only thing the 350 needs to run is a Dizzy and starter. Everything else is there and ready to roll. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!

Definitley new motor mounts. There are conversion radiator out there but Ive seen some use a universal style flex hose for that. If Old Dog doesnt chime in send him a private message. He'll know all you need.

Frame Mounts, motor mounts, radiator w lines & hoses, Transmission -Transfer Case adapter, DL work, shifters work, Transfer Case mount work, rear axle work (if not already done), distributor-body clearance , exhaust, speedometer cable, throttle cable, fuel lines.

Im still glad I went with an AMC 360 in mine. I got distracted for awhile looking at Novak-adapt's website they have a new super short Dana 300 rear output Do you have the 700R4 in the Jeep bolted to the AMC 304 ? If so it has a different bell housing bolt pattern than the SBC 700R4. If you do some research it takes some decent money to swap motors out here is a sampling from Novak, also Advance Adapters caries everything you need as well :

After you get those parts you will need exhaust work power steering hoses and to rewire as needed to adapt your ignition and alternator.

as a side note have you considered rebuilding the AMC 304 ? A bump in compression a little cam and a better intake/carb can really wake that motor up
