Not as rough as I thought it was going to be. I cannot believe the cowl gasket is still there. 
Is that a mud daubers nest around the speedo?

It was till I took the shop vac to it. I got it cleaned out yesterday but it started raining before I could get pics of the floors and motor. I'll take some tomorrow of them and the hard top and doors. It's a full length hard top.

The motor still has oil in and in the air intake. The oil in the intake still looks good considering it's been 36 years since it was changed. It looks almost new.

I am sorry you need to give this project up but I understand and agree it is for the best. This would be an overwhelming task if you had no other obligations.
I am asking around my circle looking for an anal retentive, semi retired, financially stable person with a mechanical aptitude and a love for old Jeeps.
