i had that surgery before. Don't get stupid and try doing something before you heal good.

How long did it take for you to heal? I am able to walk around decently and I’m doing my best to not use my abs at all

No carrying any weight for 3 or 4 weeks. A blowout would be bad. And messy. And smelly.

2 weeks at taking it REAL EASY and probably another 2 before I tried to much at all. 2nd day after I did something real stupid. Decided to walk my 12 pound dog up on the Mississippi River levee next to my house. Got to the top and down on the other bottom side someone was walking 4 huge dogs off leash. They saw my dog and all charged my dog. I had to yank and hurl my dog through the air twice so he would not be eaten. Then the owner finally got there and took care of his dogs. First time I really ever cursed someone out

I'm lucky I live in a very quiet area. Most are down river from me. We do have a small population of coyotes in the area but never see them. Once in a while they strike and grab a neighbor cat. Hey everything has to eat.

Dude ! You need to be useless . You screw this up and you will be out and not working on your jeep for a while. Do some work on some of the things you really never get a chance to do. Paperwork. Reading. Chair time. Hanging with the kids an getting personal interaction and bonding with them. The jeep will be fine out in the garage. You have the rest of your life to work on it and wheel. You are young

I did some quick reserch on SVL gears if i read right they are made from the same company that supplies R&P for yukon. Yukon then takes them and laps and polishes them.
