84 CJ-7 Stock Lug Nuts

I have a slow leak in one of my tires and this has brought up a small issue I would like to take care of...
I've got stock chrome rims with aftermarket lug nuts that I want to replace because they are rusting and look like
... I do NOT have the original, stock lug wrench, but a used stock replacement is on the way.
I THINK I need a 1/2" x 20RH type lug nut, but many sets online come in different types and shapes... conical, bulge, standard...Chrome Plate, stainless, zinc...
Can anyone tell me what I need/want that will also work with the stock lug wrench?
