Randys' thinks the AMC20 carrier break is 3.07 and up. Common Carrier Breaks
The 3.31 carrier should handle the 3.54 and numericaly higher gears.
 
I'm swapping my AMC20 which has a locker in it and going back to the original setup. If you are interested in the locker send me a note.

Trans I have a seventy eight CJ7 with a th400 transmission in it. Does anyone know where to find the linkage that bolts onto the frame for the transmission?
