Misc. AMC 20

So the hub on my AMC20 drivers side spun I put a new axle and hub in per the instructions. I tightened the hub down to get the 1 5/16" from the end of the shaft to set the splines and torqued the nut to 250 FT LBS. now with the wheel and tire on it sticks out about an inch and a half more than the passenger side. Has anyone else run into this?

Did you buy the correct part? There was both a narrow trac and wide trac AMC20 .

The web site at Extreme Terrain only showed one. I looked at both the old and new axles and they looked the same.

I got it figured out. Out of the five wheels that came with the Jeep ONE is wider.

Bingo. The only wheel out of 5 that is wider.
