Another serious crash on Black Bear Pass

A driver and her 2021 Ford Bronco tumbled down Black Bear Pass.
She was driving up the wrong direction. When others pointed out she's going the wrong way she tried to turn around. She backed up a ledge until the Bronco rolled. It rolled about 400 feet down the mountain. We've seen this before during the Jeep-CJ trail rides. A complete novice is worried about going over the edge so instead they drive the upslope until they roll. The time we saw it we all yelled for them to stop, backup and stay on the trail before an accident happened.

This woman has no business on a trail like this. With idiots almost killing themselves on a regular basis I fear they will close the trail to everyone unless you have a permit. I know the sheriff has had it with these types of accidents.



It's so sad. I hope she makes a full recovery.

Even the engine of this brand new 2021 Ford Bronco was thrown out by the force of the impact.

OMG, that was really a bad crash. I can't even if that it was Ford Bronco, that must be traumatic.

People don't always respond to advice, tragic results follow. When you don't listen to advice or the "bubble" in the butt saying this is a bad bad angle it goes bad real fast. I was ran off forest service roads just a few days back by fools driving fast on snow and muddy roads. Darwin was right about survival of the fittest. Interesting that the engine left the mounts during the wreck.
