"Aussie" Lockers, Thoughts,Reviews?

I have a Spartan in the front axle. So far I have no complaints. I have an OX in the back. Do you have power steering?

I used to have a 81 CJ5 in which I installed a locker that looks identical to that one, it was called a Lock-Rite locker by Powertrax I believe. This was in a AMC20 rear with one piece axles, 31x10.50x15 tires. It was easy to install, and seemed to work really well. I never really beat the snot out of it or anything, so i cant speak to its ultimate durability, but for the moderate trail running and town driving I did, it worked well. Basically allowed me to stay in 2WD for a fair amount of places I would have had to run 4WD. Some people dont like the clicking sound they make when you coast around a corner, but it never bothered me.

I run a Sparton in the rear D 44 on my CJ6 , for price you can't beat them. Certainly makes a big difference offroad, can be a bit twitchy in a short wheel base but I don't have that problem.

My dad and I installed an Aussie in the Dana 30 front on his 2000tj many months back and he loves it. It clicked alot at first when driving around but now it seems to have stopped and still works well. I have personally wheeled it and also like it.
