Axle swap help/suggestions needed

There is a rear HD 60FF ( I have one) with extra webbing on the case. Came with the standard rear 60 shaft (which are 44 shafts). I wanted a rear 60 over the 14 for clearance and to match my front.
The work it takes isn't major. All I did was cut off the spindles and bored them out by .22to except the 1.5 shafts. I bought 1.5 shafts with extra long splines then cut them down. Also took a couple inch off the tubes to narrow it while I had the spindles off. This is all more then the OP wants to do just posting for others that may want to go with a rear 60FF.
