I'm back at the CJ5 project and was reinstalling all the pedals back into the body, biggest problem it's been apart so long I forget the pedal heights before I took it apart. It has power brakes and the height of the pedal is pretty much the same as the accelerator pedal but much lower than the clutch pedal, is this right for a power brake setup?

I just finished installing a new brake booster today. There is a connecting rod at the top of the brake pedal that transmits the force from the brake pedal to the booster. This rod is threaded and can adjust to some extent the position of the brake pedal. The farther in its threaded the further out your pedal will be, and the farther out its threaded the farther in your pedal will be. However don't forget to leave enough thread engaged to make a proper connection. All set ups may not be identical to mine. Maybe this helps.
