This is a 2 part question. First, what type bulbs are used in the speedo housing and the 6 knob lights? Second, what is the easiest way to replace them (is it easier to just unbolt the dash)?

I was able to get to mine on my '86 from underneath the dash. It is a bear to get under there though, removing the front seat will help. I don't recall the identification of those funny looking light bulbs, but a local auto parts outfit should have them. I did add a battery ground wire to the speedo housing for a little help. Also this does look like a new page that seems pretty recent, as I don't recall seeing it before. This is the page that I am used to seeing:
