any one know if the mounting bracket for the front calipers will interchange, 2 bolt or 6 bolt, [early or late]on the same housing?

Nope if you have a two bolt you need a two bolt. Mounts to the knuckle.
The 6 bolt mounts to the spindle.

You can swap the knuckles.
