I’m digging the buggy with the 48-49 Willy’s truck front clip.
Like the Chevy and Metropolitan as well.

I thought the buggy was neat also. It looked to have a stock small block Chevy and an automatic Transmission in it. The metropolitan has a dear place in my heart since it was my first roadworthy car. My father paid $5.00 for it in1966. The engine burned almost as much oil as it did gas so I swapped in a 4 cylinder engine and Transmission from a volvo. The rear end didn't last long after that and I traded it off.

Sweet Flexible!!! Love those, looks late 40s
If I was to ever build a motorhome it would be from a Flexible shell (if I could find one).
Years ago there was a guy from Maine with a green Flexible I would always stop by to talk to him at the shows.

I've seen them on Craigslist when I was looking for a motorhome. Usually finished and lots of money.

Jay Leno's mechanics slammed a Detroit Diesel 6V92 400+hp into a 61 Flex Starliner. Overall the project came out fantastic!

Visited the Hubbard museum in Ruidoso Downs NM. Had to get wifey out of there before they hung her for stealing a horse. Also visited the White Sands national monument. The sand is as white as snow. Met up with my son for an evening visit. This makes twice that we've crossed paths since we started this trip.
