Why don't you check how much jump your drive shaft can take .As you mentioned you feel the buzzer sound when you hit the bump.

Check the exhaust pipe that runs underneath. I had the same issues about 5 years ago with all the same symptoms that have been described. It turned out to the exhaust pipe would get shifted ever slow slightly and it was picking up the vibrations off of the skidplate and drive shaft. I had the exhaust pipe angles reworked and I have never heard the sounds again.
