CJ5 carb and hose connections

A few weeks ago I got my hands on my first jeep, a 1980 CJ5 , its the 4cyl with a verajet 2 carb. I spent a week making it mechanically sound and a few other doodads. Now I have moved into the engine compartment where it seems like the PO was cap happy. Its almost as if everything has been capped. :? I went ahead and replaced all the caps that were there for good measure. She runs great and sounds good. But I want to hook the hoses up the right way.
My main concern is the piece that comes out on passenger side and has multiple capped nipples. every now and then the yellow cap will have fuel around it and I dont like this at all.
If you could help me identify the important connections, where they should go, what im missing etc that would be awesome.

I think the docs section has what you are looking for. How applicable it is depends on how much of your original emissions stuff is intact, and assuming it still functions correctly. That EGR appears to be pretty new, it looks all shiny or maybe that is just the camera flash.
