Can someone please measure the space between the lowest point of the gauges (voltmeter and oil pressure) and the lowest point of the dash itself. I can't measure mine since it's at the paint shop. I have a 1981 CJ7 and am trying to install a marine stereo. The cutout is DIN but the front face has a lot of overlap with a total height of around 3" depending on which model I go with.
