cj7 halfcabs

I find a lot of images of halfcabs for CJ7 's where can I get one of these? weather soft or hard top

The hardtops are just CJ8 Scrambler half cabs, it's a fairly simple adapt to the CJ7 tub from what I understand.

The Soft tops are a little more tricky, most of the time you're going to have to go with a set-up for a YJ.

Both of them a really going to depend on your rollbar configuration.

Gr8Tops also makes new ones if you don't feel like scouring the web for a used CJ8 top.

As said previously, it is a CJ8 top and bulkhead... this setup is on a Wrangler YJ tub, but that or a CJ tub will work... as for the roll bar, only straight up CJ7 pre-79 will work... unless you want to notch the top to allow for the bars that go to the floor.

This one just sits on the rear fender wells

A CJ8 bulk head. I have a fiberglass body so I had to cut the bulkhead to fit (fiberglass is double walled). Gr8 tops has a fiberglass bulk head and I believe they have one for fiberglass bodies. The roll bar is the 79 cj7s roll bar.

Hmmm. I have a regular bulkhead in my glass CJ8 . I did not have to cut mine. I did have to fill gaps though.
