Anyone have a diagram or know how the coolant flows through the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l ?
Is the temp sender in the middle of the flow? Or close to the "exit" point before returning to the radiator?
Trying to figure out where to put in a mechanical temp sender for an engine bay temp gauge.
Oil is simple, just add a T on the block where dash sender is.
This is mostly for a first start on a rebuilt AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l . Don't want to rely on dash electric gauges or running my fat butt back and forth to check.
