92 YJ 4.0, AX-15 5spd, np231, dana 30 front, dana 35 rear.
It's just a coolant elbow. If you want original one you will need to find it used. Otherwise just get a right angle one.

I don't recall off hand. However Collins brothers has a straight that is Mopar brand. Can always go that route as well.

Pull it off and head down to the parts store (Napa is my go to for this kind of stuff) If I had to guess, and I am guessing, 3/8 pipe thread
