Where in the head are the plugs located? Do you have a pic? None of my books or manuals show plugs in the head. I attached a pdf manual.

I'm having trouble finding that core plug. I would just take a measurement with calipers or check with a machine shop. Most machine shops have very good books and a large assortment of various plugs.

- 88 YJ with a CJ nose, 4.7 Stroker, AW4 transmission, Dana 35 HP front Ford 8.8 rear
If you can't find the right sized plug , I have machined a freeze plug to fit an application when I couldn't find one that fit.

That 4 cyl is a GM engine used in a lot of autos of the time. Try looking up GM 4 cyl for parts

Thats what I looked up, could find block plugs but not cyl head plugs.
