Hello folks, I'm about to cut in the CJ and replace some panels(FRONT SUPPORTS - TOE BOARD and rear corner) and cut some rust patches out. I'm wondering if there is a trick to removing the panels, getting in-between the walls. My concern is also cutting too deep, possibly cutting a support.

Any advice is welcome.

A spot weld cutter is a big help. Get one with a small tip, not one with a longer drill-like tip, so it doesn't penetrate into the next panel much.
