I'm hoping thats all it is! The end of the slip yolk the one in the first picture moves a little bit opposite end of u joint. Just not to sure what to look for or how to diagnose the problem

I would begin with checking that u-joint also as guy suggested, check the fit on that slip yoke as it could be worn out.

Pretty sure it's worn out because I can move it. So better off just replacing both u joint and slip yoke if I'm naming it correctly

So you said your fan went into the radiator that sounds like the motor and Transmission mounts are in real bad shape and that will put the drive line out of wack causing lots of problems. I would start there.

Haha my bad I mad it sound a lot more dramatic. I was working with a radiator who's brackets weren't in great shape nor the radiator itself. And the fan grazed the back of it and popped a hole in the back about the size and flow of a Capri sun straw

Ok then, if you grab the rear drive shaft where the slip joint is you should have no side to side movement. And have you pumped it full of grease?

I have, the rear has no movement but the slip yolk at the end closest to the back of the front drive shaft is the one with the movement one that has movement
