Dualmatic hubs

Hello all, I have one dualmatic hub on drivers side and a warn on the passenger side. i bought two more dualmatics to have both sides the same.
question is are there different years these apply to. i had the drivers side off so i thought i would check out the new ones i bought. the axle is about an 1/8 short to get the snap ring on.

I'm not sure with those ones, but i know with warn it does make a difference as well as number of bolts (5 or 6) and axle spline count.

Try reaching in and pushing on the axle buy the u-joint. sometimes they slip back a little and you have to push them back in place to get the snap ring on.
