Gasket around the wiper post

[Duhwhat]

Anybody have a good replacement for the gasket around the wiper post at the windshield frame? I thought about an oil pan plug gasket. Mine is old and I guess they were split to allow it to fit around the alignment notch. Looks now like water would run into the window frame because of the gap. Though about silicone also, but it looks funky when old.
