I got the JB Fab Twin sticks put in today. I have to say as has been said before very nice stuff and Jon was great to do business with. I also made a Transmission tunnel cover out of aluminum diamond plate. I think it turned out good.

Looks good :chug: I thought mine stick out of the floor further than that the boots look pretty good to :chug:

Top of the knobs are 10 1/2" from the tunnel. I have a 2" body lift still from the PO.

How fluid is the operation? This is something Im considering soon. :chug:

Pete... They are very smooth to shift. The directions say to cover all moving parts with heavy grease, I lathered everything up with white lithium grease (it was all I had) but I think it should work good. Pretty easy install on the Transfer Case . Took me longer to cut the new holes in the new tranny tunnel cover. I made a template out of card board first then transferred to diamond plate and cut it all out.

Looks really nice im trying to get mine in know but i dont know if i need to remove interlock pills on my T-150 /Dana 20 set up or if i cant go without removel?

Nice, I just put mine in a bit ago and agree great upgrade, went wheelin last weekend and if diff. Makes shifting much smoother.. Well worth the price and great quality

Dan - To pill or not to pill is one of those subjects that has been discussed many times.

With pills in place:

You get the option of having high and low range in 2 wheel drive. You also get a smoother stick with far less travel from one gear setting to another. This is the main reason I got mine.

With pills removed:

You get all of the above plus the ability to have Just front wheel drive in either high or low range. And you have the ability to completely destroy your drive train by having different gear ranges in each axle. I.E. high in the front and low in the rear. If you have a tendency to be sloppy, especially when your tired, leave the pills in place. I know me, so my pills are unmolested.

I didn't bent up the shifters i should of but im not that great at fab. but i think it looks ok and the grease well i like grease!!! your body lift really helped on the finish. very nice!

I have the JB fab cable shifters and love themi ordered his shift rails later and got them in the other day.
Jon and his wife are great to deal with they accidently sent me the wrong 205 rails they sent me ford when i needed chevy. I told them it was no rush and that i also wanted to order the shifter knobs and they sent them for free with a note appoligizing for sending the wrong rails
