Wiring Green and brown wire going up the roll bar

Any ideas what it could be? It doesn’t come back down a different leg, and the zippers have corroded shut on the pads so I can’t see if there’s a light under them. It doesn’t hook up to a seat belt so it’s not some sort of warning that you’re not buckled.

It doesn’t seem like a color combo that one would find at Home Depot so I assume it’s stock. But why run it outside the roll bar if it is?

Solved. PO texted back he had a light up there at 1 time.

Black Betty originally came with a roll bar topped with a light bar, same story.

Glad you found the prior source. Nice to be able to ask the PO and get an answer. I thought about a light on the roll bar, but then opted for map lights on the rearview mirror. I do have wiring going up the rollbar for the speakers, but the map lights in the mirror work just fine. Coupled with the stock courtesy lights under the dash, it's all good - and all LED too.
