Pretty sure it's not available or even included with a new body mount kit. It's been discussed numerous times on jeepforum.com and I believe some guys ended up making their own by welding a washer to a bushing.

I think that may be it. I dont think it comes in the body bushing kits. Mine is SHOT so need to come up with something.

Mine came with my poly bushing body mount kit. I did not get the bolt or washer though, just the poly bushings.
4wd hardware sells a stick of rubber body mount bushing material that you can cut to your desired length. It is pretty cheep and then you can make your own. I am pretty sure it is a Rugged Ridge product.

I bought mine from this guy. It fit perfect. I also bought his rocker moldings T-bolts that were just like the originals.

there's a guy on ebay currently selling the bushing setup.
I believe the rubber body mount kits will start including these later this year, too.
