Engine Help identify my carb

[GRR]

I am hoping someone can help me identify my carburetor. Based on what I can tell it looks like it is a Chinese copy of a 38 Weber. The only marking I have found on the base is a stamped “36 D”. I’m looking for a rebuild kit and want to make sure I get one that fits.

I think I’ve figured it out. It looks like it is a 36 DGEC (Solex Carburetor).

Anyone know where I can get a rebuild kit?

I can only find a kit for the 34 DGEC.

Thanks. I looked earlier today and they don’t have them listed. I did send them an email asking. I may call them tomorrow

Thanks. I’ll call them tomorrow and ask. I saw those but didn’t think either would work because mine is the 36 DGEC and those are for the genuine Weber carbs.

Quadratec says the “923237.05 Rebuild Kit for K550, K551, K552, K553 carbs" will work
