Help with part out pricing???

I’ve been looking for a tub for my CJ5 . I came across an almost complete CJ5 for sale that needs to be put back together. The tub looks great and is the only part I really need. I’m trying to figure out if it will be worth it to buy the Jeep for the tub and part the rest out. I could use some help with trying to get an idea of how much the following parts would sell for. Thanks

1976 CJ5 frame rust free
AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l engine (not sure of condition)
Hood
T-18 four speed
Dana 20 Transfer Case
Four BFG all terrain 33 inch tires with wheels (not sure type)
Dash
Grill
Fenders
Axles (Dana 30 and AMC20 )

I know location has a lot to do with pricing along with the parts condition/specs. How crunched are you for space to store the parts if they dont sell right away? How much is the tub itself worth to you? If the engine is in unknown condition, so is the rest of the drive-train components. That fact alone is going to drive down the prices. 4-1 or 6-1 T-18 ? I would think you might get $2k if you are lucky and patient.
