Idler Pulley Help

Have an 83 CJ7 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l with power steering and A/C looking for help finding the shoulder bolt that is used to attach the Idler Pulley (next to power steering reservoir upper right). The one that is on their now is wrong (to small dia) and the bearing is just spinning around the bolt and insert. Will this have to be a junk yard search or can you find a new one somewhere

7/16" dia.
It's not a 'shoulder-bolt'. Just uses a spacer is all.
Make sure that bearing turns smooth, or it's fried.
