Ingition Kill Switch
Hey There,
I am new to this forum and hopefully someone out there can help me out with a question. My grandfather once rigged up an ignition kill switch on his truck that would prevent power going to the solenoid until you activated the circuit. He tied his into the pull lever for the emergency brake. The idea was you had to pull the brake release before you turned the vehicle on or you wouldn't be able to get it started.
I was interested in installing something similar on my CJ since it has the roof and doors off for most of the year and it is my DD when something isn't busted on it. I would ask My grandfather what he did if he was still around, so hopefully someone here knows what I am talking about.
