Is your CJ a boy or a girl?

Is your CJ a boy or a girl?
I guess my Jeep is a boy. I call it a SOB when it fights back being worked on and I end up bleeding!

yes he should. :d

since i said that....i kinda thought about it, and i may do it, just cuz of this.

have you ever seen a hot pink jeep? picture a pink CJ5 covered with mud and some battle scars, with black interior and under carriage. i wouldn't mess with it.

Im positive my jeep is a girl, she's finicky sometimes, but when she's bad is when I have the most fun.(like the first time I drove her with the lockers in the dirt)

although i want to paint the jeep an orange color, (chevy orange? or the jeep orange) and i'll be a beast, when it's done, i feel she'll be the ol girl, my wife thinks i should paint it pink, (hot electric pink) and then i guess it'll be a younger ol girl? but i don't know about driving a barbie mobile.

Nothing wrong with a Barbie jeep...
In fact, my 76 CJ7 IS Hot Pink with purple tones! And its a tough boy. He is soooooo confident with his feminine side he doesn't mind being pink... Its much better than when I first bought him and being blue/black & green in color.. :D

My CJ isnt a boy or a girl.It is just a bright orange TURD

hey OSS maybe you should call yours May West " when i'm good i'm good and when i'm bad i'm even better."

I've called her a few things, but hasn't been one of them.:D After the 0.060 bore and head shave she tries to act like a race car but the serpentine belt doesn't like it,(no spring tensioner) and decides to fly sometimes.

I have to go with my CJ is without question a Girl.
Nothing can inspire dreams of grandeur in a guy than a old Jeep and then thrash them so quickly. When in serviceable condition it is sweet to look at, unpredictable in running, illogical in engineering and at times makes you psychotic. If it is not in serviceable condition just go directly to psychotic("loss of contact with reality"). It will take you places you thought it would never go and baulk at what you thought was a sure bet or when you least expect it. When you think you have it’s number the game suddenly changes leaving you without a clue as to why. Jeeps require a lot of attention and cash to keep things running close to smoothly. So CJs by nature must be female in nature. Hail to all CJs.:notworthy:

Note: If the CJ is owned by a woman its male, ask the woman owner.

I don't remember who I last gave the Internet to, but I think they have been stripped of their title.
You, my friend, have just won the prize!:chug:

Depends who you ask. If you ask my 4 year old son, "he is loud and mean looking." If you ask me I will tell you the old girl is in great shape and treats me well.

I don't know but I think any Cj is badass
So I can't say boy or girl unless they have blood spilt on getting them fixed or upgraded then they are a boy

I had an explanation for mine already in mind...but you, sir, just blew it out of the water!

I will have to say, though, that mine is more of a monster than anything. I won't call it Frankenstein, but with having parts from all different makes/models (such as the engine from '74 El Camino, Transmission from (I think) early 80s Camaro, axles being from a '78 Chevy pickup, etc. etc. etc.) it's hard to call him anything but a monster. Especially when he starts breathing fire... Sometimes he liked to prove he could stand up on his back tires. The few times I drove him on the street, he showed his disgust by trying to burn the Boggers down to drag slicks... A couple times we got a little carried away with ourselves when flying (literally) out of the big end of the mud pits, hitting the dry dirt a little caddy-whompassed, ending up a little sideways on two tires, and trying for our lives to stay on all fours. But most times, he's....Cranky. :chug:

Hmm not sure. Since she is older than me I have always called older cars girl "Cmon girl you can do it" but not sure on this one. Time will tell

Oh & I ALWAYS refer to it as "The Jeep" whether talking or writing, always in capital letters. Like no matter what it is the baddest & best . Anything younger than mine should refer to it as Sir, etc etc. I just picked up a 96 Grand Cherokee, & its referred to just as jeep or red jeep, lower case as it hasn't proven itself & I probably won't keep it long or do any modifications to it.

Girl!

She punishes me is she feels ignored

Spiteful and vindictive

She chooses to run when she is good and ready

But oh what a ride! I love her

yeah mine is a girl for sure... I named her Christine due to the :censored: always ahving something wrong. Stephen King would be proud of the reincarnation into a CJ.
