That dog owns that mattress
Ya he was loving it. Shoulda gotten rid of the wife and kept the mattress in the kitchen![]()
I actually built a set of traction bars so the axle wrap condition is handled.
Im concerned about the rotation: the right rear tire lifting up. Went in front of the house yesterday and at about 1500rpms and a quick clutch release I can see the left rear tire moving back. Goes down (BFG MTs actually squat ok) but I think the narrow 2" springs on those little perches are too easy to twist. I know the short wheel base is a multiplying factor in trying to rotate the axle like that.
I know the YJ springs are wider but is that just on the fronts?
Checked out the bam bar; that may solve both of my problems and I can ditch the traction bars. I'll have to look into it some more. Still think those skinny springs are letting the axle rotate. Maybe I can just get a leaf from another set of springs and add it to the right side.
Thanks man!!

The relationship you have with a dog is the only unconditional love outside of blood. Basically, I trust my family and dog
Anybody know of one?
Gotta do something about the rear suspension. Torque is twisting the leaves apart to where the second leaf is cutting a notch into the front spring hangar.
