Knocking Noise

Hey all,
I just finished installing a new flexplate since my last one cracked and encountered something very odd. When I started the Jeep I had a terrible knocking screeching sound so I started inspecting and found that it was coming from the starter area. I had the starter bench tested today and it’s fine. Watch the video and see what I mean. When I loosen/tighten the starter bolt on the passenger side, the noise goes/comes respectively. See below for specs.
