Looking for answer on Remanufactured Engine

So I haven't had my jeep very long and today I was looking for the stamp on the engine. I found a painted over plate that I peeled the protective coating from and see Capital City Remanufactured Engines with a serial number. I looked them up but doesn't seem to be in buisness. Does anyone have any info on them or know if this is a true AMC 150 . Also seems to have a weber 2 barrel carb.

No info on the company, but that is a AMC 150cid.
