Need part for MC2100 carb

I am looking for the little elastomeric valve also referred to as a "Pump Inlet Check Valve". It is the little rubber, mushroom shaped valve that comes in every rebuild kit but I am hoping to avoid having to buy an entire kit for just the valve. Anyone have one or any ideas where to get one? All the rebuild kits I have found are $50.

Stop by a local shop that still rebuilds carburetors and see if they have one lying in a drawer somewhere.

I just checked all my MC carb parts and looks like I have just about everything else but one of those. I imagine you'll be lucky to find just that without going to a specialty or private shop. Good luck!

Funny thing. I was digging around looking for a socket in my tool box and lo and behold there was one lying in the bottom of the drawer. I have no idea where it came from but I assume I must have saved it from my first rebuild three years ago. The stars have aligned and the world is a good place today.
